Hegel (Philosophy of Nature) & as example

Hegel's principal example for absolute mechanism and the system of syllogisms. Sun (absolute center) - planets (relative centers) - moons (non-independent objects) form a system of three syllogisms, in which each element is, in turn, the middle term.

Origin

Newton: mechanical worldview. Hegel: the solar system as the paradigm of complete determination through reciprocal mediation.
