It is important to us, and we go to great lengths to make this website available in such a way, that we do not collect any personal data from you without your consent (e.g. when you write us an email). and that you are not spied on, not even by others. This is the exception on the Internet these days, see for example Shoshana Zuboff 2019.

Web server and log files

The web server to this website is hosted by 1&1 Ionos in Germany in accordance with EU GDPR. As with any other website, the web server writes log files with the accesses and the IP addresses of the accessors.

These log files are used exclusively for troubleshooting and danger prevention in the event of connection errors, hacking and denial of service attacks and are otherwise not evaluated. Since there are no user accounts, no tracking cookies or any other means to assign these IP addresses personally, we do not consider these log files as personal.

Emails that you send to us voluntarily

Should you send us an email, such as when you press an “Email” link, your email address and the text of your email will be transmitted to us and read and processed by us. and will be read and processed by us. We assume that this is expressly desired by you, when you send us an email.

The only external service we use and link to is https://DuckDuckGo.com. The search box at the top of the triangle pages passes their search query to DuckDuckGo. DuckDuckGo is considered one of the best search engines in terms of privacy, the use there is completely anonymous, unlike Google, Bing and others. Your search queries are not stored.

Searchable tables within the website

On the pages with searchable tables there is a page internal search, for which a form and Javascript code is also used. The search is purely internal to Hegel.net, no data is stored or passed on. or passed on.

Examples of what we do NOT do

Apart from the exceptions mentioned above, no data is collected, stored or analyzed. For example, there are no cookies, no Google or Facebook services, no hidden tracking pixels, no other external tools, files or tracking links, no advertising and what else is used for monitoring everywhere nowadays.
